Designed for high power applications in PAspeaker mains, DJ touring speakers, sub-woofers and bass guitar systemsthe new Rockville Bass Rider Subwoofers are a milestone in high-powersubwoofer design. The 15” woofers have an incredible power handling of750 watts RMS/1500 watts peak. These “extra-long throw” woofers canreach amazing sound pressure levels of 103dB with clean, deep bass downto 20Hz that will rattle the walls of any venue!

Utilizing a new propriety mix of materials;the cones are Kevlar®-impregnated making them stronger and tougher thanyour average pro audio woofer cone. A newly designed “treatedasymmetrical-W shape surround” provides for superior excursion andlinear motion control.

The speaker connection terminals are highquality nickel-plated screw style terminals and accept large gauge wire.The terminals are attached to large diameter, high current tinsel leadswith silver solder to withstand high current and high temperaturesduring long excursions.

The Rockville Bass Rider woofers’ voice coiluse a specially formulated, polyimide-insulated, high temperature wire,designed especially for high SPL response. The winding is bonded onto anincredibly durable and heat resistant aluminum composite former. Thevoice coil winding length is an incredible 1”, which is 80% longer thanmost standard pro woofers voice coils. The long coil dissipates heatover a larger area and the increased length drives the cone to higherexcursions. The coil is layered with a tough thermoset clear epoxy foradded durability, abrasion and heat resistance.

The voice coil assembly is bonded to thecone’s “double, linear-progressive Nomex spider”, using a thermosetepoxy adhesive. The spider and surround are bonded to the frame with ahigh strength cyanoacrylate adhesive, which is also used to bond thedust cap to the cone.

The magnet motor structure is all new, anddesigned with a back plate and pole piece which are forged from a singlemassive block of low carbon steel. Utilizing an extended pole piecebeyond the front plate improves magnetic linearity and voice coilcooling.

The yoke and washer plates are 10 mm thick forextreme X-max and peak-to-peak excursions. With a narrow gap design anda high “Y” factor strontium magnet, Rockville Bass Rider subwoofersprovide 75% more magnetic energy in the voice coil gap than typical proaudio woofers.

And while your music might get hot, yourwoofer will stay cool with a heat pump effect that’s built in via thebasket cooling system underneath the spider landing. The continuous flowof air being circulated through the pole piece delivers cool airdirectly to the voice coil. This integrated cooling system keeps thewoofer temperature under control, increasing power handling and ofcourse reliability.

The high-tinsel rolled steel frame is toughand rigid which keeps the cone and magnet in perfect linear alignment.In addition the frame has anti-vibration properties so there are noexternal tones coming through the metal parts in to your music.

Prior to returning merchandise, contact us and we will give you a return authorization # and a return label.

You may return this item for a refund within 30 DAYS of purchase.

Warranty Repair/Exchange Period: 1 YEAR

If your item is defective or you want to return it for any reason within the first 30 days of when it was delivered to you; you have the following options:

• We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to replace the item for a brand new one.
• We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to exchange the item for another item of your choice. If the item you chose is more or less money we will work out the price difference with you.
• If you are returning a working item in used condition for a refund there will be a 20% used item fee deducted from your refund. All replacements and exchanges are free.

Replacement/Processing Time:

Your replacement or refund will process within 3-5 business days of when we receive the item.

Please note items with physical damage un-related to shipping are not covered under warranty. Registered software cannot be returned.

You MUST notify us within 48 hours if you receive an item that was damaged during shipping.

Please email us with your user ID, Item code / model #, Condition of the item, and the reason for your return. Please also indicate whether you would like a replacement, an exchange, or a refund. We will supply you with a reference number (RMA #) to put on the package which will ensure quick processing of your return. All returns require a RMA# to be returned back to our facility.
