The front of the pin pictures a civil war veteran holding a sword , next to him is a group of young ladies holding rifles wearing kepi hats. Front of the pin says Boyd's girl cadets Topeka Kansas. Could this some off shoot of the state military? Very rare in any case. Items in this sale are sold in as is as found condition.
