used ,estate find ,as found,has been sitting many years ,needs a cleaning ,needs to be oiled(screw is a little tight turning it) , loss of paint in spots throughout , surface rust , paint overspray .unsure if the mounting hardware is complete and all original ,only what is shown is included.
