Vintage dress from the 1930s.Made of beautifully flowing silk velvet.Fastened with a side zipper and buttons at the neckline.Button-fastened cuffs. All original buttons are present.Gathering at the bust is characteristic of period tailoring.Long sleeves and collar.Padded shoulders. Original Sybilla sweatbands retained.
The fabric is in very good condition, with minor abrasions (not throughout!) at the back, as shown in the photos. The only flaw is a hole I mended at the bottom of the back of the dress, which, fortunately, is not at all noticeable due to the fabric.
Larger size - 42 or 44, please check measurements.
