c1890 ANTIQUE 19thC BOHEMIAN GREEN CUT GILDED GLASS VASE, RAISED GILT DECORATION
Description:
An antique Bohemiangilt decoratedgreen glass vase, dating to the late 19th Century, circa 1890.
The glass vase is hand blown and facet cut to six sides. The flared neck leads to a waisted collar, and then on to an urn form body, also hexagonal cut with elongated raised panels to each side. The urn stands on a flattened knop to a spreading hexagonal circular foot.
The gilt decoration features scrolling foliate designs in high relief to each of the raised elongated panels. The remainder of the surface is finely painted in gold gilt with a stylised vine leaf design.

In very good antique condition, without damage or restoration, only minor wear seen to the gilding, mainly to the raised gilded panels as expected. Please see the images provided which complement this description.
