This is a wonderful Biotar that takes beautiful, artistic shots. It has 10 aperture blades that are clean and dry. The glass is nice and clean for 70+ years! Good vintage clarity, nothing to impede your shots!
It\'s the fantastic 1950-54 pre-set aperture version.Comes with cool aluminum screw on front cap and standard rear cap.As mentioned in condition, the focus block was recently disassembled, cleaned and regreased with professional helicoid grease. (It\'s super smooth) The aperture is firmer but works fine and is perfect for holding position.
