This kit is designed especially for the Yamaha DT125R. This kit will replace the original bolts with stainless steel bolts and also changes the battery cover bolt for a quick release quarter turn fastener. This kit is taylored to the 1993-2007 year model, but may fit similar year models such as DT125RE & DT125X.

The kitincludes:

18x Stainless Steel bolts

18 xNylon Washers

2x Spring / Spire / J Clips

1x Dzus Stud

1x Dzus Clip

1x Retaining Washer

This kit replaces the bolts securing the:

Side scoops that fix to the tank (upper, lower and rear mounting points)

Lower mounting point J Clips

Head light cowl

Side plastics

Caphead screws for the top fixing

Battery cover

(to convert to quick release, you will need to remove the welded nut from the bracket first).

The bolts have a large diameter 14mm pan head and are all correctly sized to repace the original bolts like for like. Where the head needs to be larger, a washer is included.

They have been made from high quality A2 stainless steel that resists corrosion, is very strong and has a shine that will last!
