How the tan comes through the fabric
The open weave lets the sun reach your skin. You tan under the suit instead of around it, so there are no white straps across your shoulders and your colour is even under a strapless dress and under your underwear. It is not a replacement for sunscreen: put your SPF on under the suit as well.
The front zip
A zip runs the full length of the front, from the chest to the high collar. You put the suit on and take it off yourself in seconds, with no ties to knot behind your back and nothing to ask anyone for help with. The back is fully closed, so nothing comes undone in the with spandex mesh, the same fabric for the swimsuit and the pants
