Replacement springs may be adifferentlength than your original spring. The TorqueMaster Plus spring has a hexagon winding end with groves, are generally plastic ( not always), and were made generally after February 2007 (Not always). Your TorqueMaster tube (not included) contains a significant amount of factory information including the weight of the door. See the photos for an example of the factory label. If the label is not present the door will need to be weighed. Your springs come with the ends installed. The plastic sleeves around the springs are not included. Springs with cable and drum combination only, no other parts are included. The springs are coiled up and shipped in a box with the cable and drum combination. Replacement springs may be slightly different than the original spring that came with the door. These are original Wayne Dalton factory spring, American made. Returns accepted.
