The "Loaded Hands" cel is a popular 1992 Warner Bros. limited-edition serigraph cel (sericel) featuring Bugs Bunny and Yosemite Sam. Based on a classic drawing by animator Robert McKimson, it depicts the iconic duo playing a high-stakes game of cards (poker) with their hands visibly "loaded" (full) of cards.
This comes with a COA from Park West Gallery It is matted and framed. The frame measures 19" X 16".
There is some normal scratches on the frame.
