Item is in excellent, pre-owned condition. Aside from a small chip to the wood at the back left corner which is not seen if hung, item looks essentially brand new.
Item is delicate and all miniatures are glued down, but the miniatures can be removed pretty easily if you wanted to part it as a play set. Otherwise, it is ready to be hung.
