Items are signed R followed by the Pie symbol. I have researched and cannot be sure who this is. I can tell you that this is artisan level wicker furniture. These are very nice wicker items. These were found in a large collection where the owner predominantly shopped at stores and shows in Philadelphia in the 90s and early 2000s.
