Vintage - possibly antique! Estate sale find.
Charming articulated wooden monkey figure with movable arms and jointed legs that allow it to be posed sitting on a shelf or displayed with the legs extended.
The monkey is hand painted in warm orange and natural wood tones with expressive facial details and carved hands and feet. It measures approximately 14 inches long when fully extended.
The figure has visible surface wear, paint loss, scuffs, marks, and age-related patina that add to its rustic folk-art character. Maker and exact age are unknown. Please review all photos closely for condition and construction details.
A fun decorative piece for collectors of wooden animals, articulated figures, folk art, vintage-style toys, or whimsical shelf décor.
