Features a spectacular fire-like gradient that blends from a golden honey-yellow footed base up into a deeply saturated ruby red ruffled rim.
Labeling: Retains its rare, original vintage silver foil "Blenko Handcraft" maker's sticker directly on the front body.
Special Features & UV Glow (Blacklight Reactive) Because this piece was hand-crafted using Blenko’s historic mid-century Tangerine chemical recipe, the yellow-orange base and foot contain trace amounts of cadmium/selenium compounds. As shown in the blacklight photos, the lower half of this gorgeous vase reacts brightly under ultraviolet (UV) light, casting a vibrant, fiery fluorescent glow!
Combined with the dramatic handkerchief ruffle rim and intact factory sticker, it makes an incredible centerpiece or display piece for MCM glass collectors and UV glass enthusiasts alike.
Condition is Excellent Vintage Condition: No chips, cracks, bruising, or fleabites noted along the delicate ruffles.
Original Foil Sticker: The vintage silver "Blenko Handcraft" sticker is intact and securely attached to the front face.
Handmade Characteristics: As an authentic mouth-blown art glass piece, it features slight organic variations in the crimping of the ruffles and tiny natural air bubbles trapped within the thick glass base.
