This jacket appears to be from the late 1990s. it is a Starter full zippered quilted hooded jacket. It does have a unique feature- the cuffs look different as the cuff on one side looks to have been sewn inside out- it looks to be a manufacturing error as the stitching looks to be professional and the same on both cuffs. it is also missing the top snap, as shown in the photos; otherwise it looks to be in great condition. it has the starter zipper, and pockets.
