Beautiful vintage Wedgwood Primrose Yellow Jasperware Pagoda trinket box, decorated with delicate white applied Prunus blossom relief.This unusual square-form covered box features softly rounded corners, a domed pagoda-style lid topped with an egg-shaped finial, flowering Prunus branches on the body and lid, and a beautiful white foliate border around the upper edge.The soft Primrose Yellow colorway is a particularly lovely and less commonly encountered variation of Wedgwood’s classic Jasperware.Measures approximately 3½ inches tall.A wonderful piece for a Wedgwood or Jasperware collection and beautiful displayed with blue, sage, lilac and other colored Jasperware.
