Based on the classic text font formatting on the base and the distinct angled knurling on the locknuts, this historic piece appears to be manufactured by the legendary Lionel Corporation during the wartime era.
This key features the classic black Bakelite base plate, complete with the original integrated circuit closing/shorting lever. It is a fantastic piece of military communication history that was heavily relied upon for training radio operators during the war.
