Vintage WARNER Japanned Blue Rhinestone Butterfly Brooch
Striking vintage WARNER butterfly brooch, circa 1950s–1960s, featuring sparkling pale blue-gray rhinestones with a vivid cobalt blue pear-shaped center stone.
The openwork butterfly design has a dark japanned metal finish with textured wing edges, prong-set round and pear-shaped rhinestones, and tiny cobalt blue rhinestones at the tips of the curved antennae. The dark setting creates beautiful contrast with the blue stones and gives this mid-century figural brooch a dramatic dimensional appearance.
Signed WARNER on the reverse.
