This is a genuine, 100% authentic vintage medical stethoscope (stethophonendoscope) , manufactured circa 1950s–1960s. No China replicas – just solid Cold War era engineering.

STUNNING COLOR: The sound tubes are made of thick, original rubber in a rare CORAL-ORANGE / HOT PINK hue. This color screams \"vintage Eastern Bloc medical equipment\" (USSR / 1960s). You won\'t find this on modern stethoscopes.

DUAL ROTATING HEAD (Rieger-Bowles system):

• Side AFlat metal membrane (for high frequencies: lung sounds, breathing)

• Side BBlack conical bell (for low frequencies: heart tones, diastolic murmurs)

• Just spin the head 180° to switch sound paths. SO satisfying!

• Spherical brass rotary valve in the center with a slotted screw
