**About This Pipe:**
Up for sale is a beautiful, highly collectible vintage Stanwell Rondo, featuring the iconic Shape 191. This unique, short-profile bent Bulldog was custom-designed for Stanwell by legendary Danish master carver Tom Eltang. It perfectly balances a comfortable, lightweight feel with a remarkably full-sized, stout bowl. The crisp, craggy sandblasted finish beautifully accents the traditional double-beading lines around the bowl.
Crucially, this pipe features the prominent, vintage "MADE IN DENMARK" factory stamping on the shank. This guarantees it was crafted during Stanwell's highly revered golden era of manufacturing before the historic Borup factory was permanently closed.
**Provenance & Packaging:**
This pipe is pristine New Old Stock (NOS) from the private display cabinet of my former tobacco shop (closed in 2008). It has never been smoked, never been filled with tobacco, and has been stored safely in a clean, climate-controlled retail environment.
