A must-have for collectors or enthusiasts looking for a piece of automotive history.Estate Sale find.This appears to be an earlier tool that is not stamped with the model number. Some light research indicates the 1st gen ratchet was issued in 1924 and 1925 without the \"No. 7\" stamp and without the ON mark on the on side of the wrench.It also looks like someone cleaned it and then refurbished it with a black paint or lacquer. The ratchet mechanism does work cleanly without slippage. Please see pictures for details.
