Condition Details:
Interior Lining: The brown velvet lining has partially detached from the inner frame in sections around the edges and needs re-gluing/restoration.
Frame & Closure: Closes completely, but the frame/hinge is crooked and misaligned along the seam when shut.
Exterior Shell: Shows age-appropriate surface wear, including light scratches, scuffs, and minor marks across the polished tortoiseshell surface.
