A vintage Royal Corps of Signals car grille badgewith the “Tactical Recognition” colours blue and white/ cream. Mercury thewinged messenger is balanced on a globe together with a banner of the motto “CertoCito”. The badge is enamelled and has a metal backing plate. There are 2 fixingscrews and nuts; only one has a small metal washer. From top to bottom itmeasures 11cm x 8.3cm wide. It is in good condition and any wear is in keepingwith age and use; it has some surface scratches and the surround could probablydo with a polish; I have left it unpolished with age patina.
