This is a vintage RCA tuner and a RCA tie. The tuner dates back to the 1940's-50's. It was a desk fixture on the desk of the plant manager of the RCA plant in Bloomington IN. The RCA tie also came with this tuner. It has the numbers 95-248-0A on the side. It is a very interesting piece of history and art. It would make a great conversation piece. I don't know enough about the part to know if it is still usable.
