This book is a collection book for US postal stamps from 1847 to 1979 and is maybe 20 percent complete. 103 of the 250 collector sheets have stamps attached to them. Some pages only one stamp and many pages with 5 or more stamps each. I believe all stamps are used (canceled). I am not a stamp collector and have absolutely no experience with stamp collecting, but to me this collection is remarkable.
I may be off a few but I counted 550 stamps!

I saw several stamps, quite a few of the 1930\'s to 50\'s. But I think the majority of them are 1960\'s to 70\'s.
103 pages of stamps and I estimate the book is probably 20 percent complete of stamps. Some pages contain 1 stamp, some many stamps. I believe that all the stamps are canceled (marked over as used). They are affixed to the paper page but can probably be easily lifted with heat or steam. The album has approximately 250 pages that are printed one sided for the categorization of stamps ranging from the year 1847 to 1979. Some pages can accompany 10 or less stamps while others accompany 10 to 20 stamps depending on the year and subject matter.
This is an old assembled collection and has not been professionally authenticated or individually cataloged by me. Some stamps may have faults, hinges, thins, heavy cancellations, tape, mounting remnants, age-related wear or other condition issues. Album pages also show normal age and wear.

A very interesting old-time U.S. collection with strong early material, revenues, possessions and back-of-book issues, with plenty left for a collector to research.
If you are looking for a specific stamp I doubt I will be able to locate it. These are not organized in a way for a uneducated novice like me to find a specific stamp.
