Vintage Parker Fountain Pen, Old Ink Cartridge, Intriguing AccessoryOriginal Presentation Box
This vintage writing set comes in its original blue-and-gold Parker presentation box with beige satin lining and elastic retaining strap, which is stretched. I\'m not a Parker pen expert, but I think this could be a Parker 45 from the 1960s. (Feel free to correct me if I\'m wrong).
The set includes:
- Parker fountain pen with gold-tone trim and steel nib (This has not been tested with ink and is being sold as untested.) At bottom of silver cap is the Parker logo and Made in U.S.A.
- Vintage Parker/Eversharp Super Quink washable blue ink cartridge (Note! I do not know if this ink is still usable or is all dried up; it is included solely for its value as a collectible part of this set.)
- Unusual silver accessory that I can\'t identify. It says Parker, has the Parker logo and says Made in U.S.A. It has some sort of black rubbery insert within the metal housing. (Please educate me if you know what this is.) I don\'t know if it goes with the fountain pen or not.
- Presentation box
Condition: Vintage preowned. Box shows age-appropriate wear. Writing instruments have cosmetic signs of age/use consistent with their vintage. Please examine photographs carefully, as they are part of the description.
