Striking vintage Napcoware C-6195 Siamese cat figurine, featuring the wonderfully exaggerated long-neck design associated with Mid-Century Modern cat decor.This large approximately 14” tall ceramic cat has a sleek cream body with shaded chocolate-brown ears, paws, nose and tail. The whimsical face features oversized black painted eyes with dramatic eyelashes and the characteristic upward-looking expression. Sculpted elongated lines through the body and legs give it an especially elegant, stylized silhouette.Marked on the underside C-6195® NAPCOWARE. This design was produced in Japan and is also found as part of a coordinating pair of tall Siamese cats. Condition: Very good vintage condition overall. Small areas of paint loss/wear are present along the edge of one ear, as clearly shown in the close-up photo, along with minor surface wear consistent with age. The ear itself appears intact. No cracks or repairs observed.
