Several buildings appear incomplete and/or partially assembled. Some track and structures show old layout residue, adhesive, scenery material, dirt, oxidation and general age/use.

This would make a good donor lot for someone restoring an older N-scale layout or collecting vintage Aurora Postage Stamp Trains material.
