Vintage brass UFO ashtray and table lighter combo crafted from brass. Originating from Thailand (removable lighter is marked Japan), this mid-century modern features a distinctive UFO or flying saucer shape with ashtray supported by three tapered legs. The exterior is adorned with intricate etched scrollwork and colorful enameled depictions of Thai deities or figures. The removable lid houses a chrome-finished lighter mechanism marked "JAPAN," while the ashtray base includes three rests for cigarettes. A perfect conversation piece for a collector of tobacciana or space age decor.
NOTE: lighter is untested and may need servicing but appears to be in good condition and flick wheel moves properly. May only need fuel but I dont have any expertise in this area.
Base of lighter is dented in a little.
