Vintage Justin cowboy boots featuring a beautiful genuine hornback lizard leather vamp in a rich golden/caramel brown with classic Western embroidery. Made in the USA. Marked Style 9957, Size 9½ B, Comb Last.
These are vintage boots with significant age and wear, so please carefully review all photos before purchasing.
Condition / flaws:
* Significant overall wear consistent with age and previous use.
* Visible split/tear in the lizard leather on the side of one boot near the vamp/quarter seam. This is the most significant flaw and is clearly shown in the close-up photos.
* Lizard leather has numerous scuffs, scratches, surface marks and areas of finish/color variation.
* Some areas of the exotic leather show dryness and wear to the surface/finish.
* Heels have substantial cosmetic wear, scuffing and loss of finish.
* Leather soles are heavily worn and show discoloration, scuffing and general wear from use.
* Heel caps/rubber soles show wear from previous use.
* Welt/sole edges have considerable scuffing and wear.
* Shaft leather has normal creasing and wrinkles from wear.
* Interior shows age/use-related wear.
* These boots have not been professionally restored or refinished and are being sold in their current vintage condition.
Despite the wear, the boots retain their distinctive vintage Western character and unusual hornback lizard leather. They would make a great addition to a vintage Western boot collection or could be worn as-is by someone who appreciates an authentic, well-worn vintage look.
