This is a lovely item, a Josef Collectible. You wind it up on the bottom and it plays Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Ir plays very well and it winds up correctly. The little girl rotates on the stand. She has wings like a fairy. Marked Japan. I noticed no cracks, chips, or repairs on the little girl figure. Very cute with all the stars. Please check out the photos.
