Beautiful vintage Italian Murano millefiori glass bead necklace featuring dozens of individually decorated multicolor mosaic glass beads.
The beads display an exceptional variety of traditional millefiori floral, star, eye and geometric cane patterns in vivid red, blue, turquoise, green, yellow, orange and white, many dramatically set against black glass.
The necklace is hand knotted on red cord, with ornate gold-tone filigree bead caps/spacers and a vintage screw-barrel clasp. The graduated arrangement places the larger, more elaborate beads toward the front.
