Vintage Imperial Hi-Carbon 7\" Butcher / Utility Kitchen Knife – Wood Handle – Full Tang

Offered is an original vintage Imperial Hi-Carbon kitchen knife featuring a broad approximately 7-inch high-carbon steel blade and wood handle with two metal rivets.

The blade retains itsImperial Hi Carbonmaker\'s stamp along with the distinctive decorative linear pattern visible on both sides. Full-tang construction is visible through the handle.

Measures approximately11¾–12 inches overall, with an approximately7-inch blade. Please refer to the ruler photographs for exact measurements.

This is an older carbon-steel working knife showing substantial age and use. The blade has developed a dark natural patina along with oxidation/rust spotting, staining, scratches and sharpening/use wear. Wood handle shows age, discoloration and handling wear. Both handle rivets remain present, with oxidation/patina visible around the hardware.

Knife has not been aggressively polished or restored. It is being offered in its present vintage condition so the original markings, blade finish and patina remain intact.
