Wore this a couple times when I was an office worker but I have few occasions to wear it still. In incredible condition and great for cottage core or grannycore or even whimsygoth. Fits like a small/medium with 18\" bust, 15\" waist, 23\" puff shoulder sleeve when laid flat. Two buttons as closure at nape of neck. Beautiful hand embroidery and on a linen/cotton blend.
