A beautiful vintage handmade necktie sundress that screams one of a kind and very eclectic. This dress will definitely turn some heads and get some compliments! It\'s about 30 years old. I made it when I was in the costuming business ..Made with all vintage neckties! And some scarves. The panel in the middle is a flower scarf with a black background..
