Striking vintage matched pair of hand-carved African wood portrait busts featuring a male and female figure with elongated necks, stylized facial features and oversized metal hoop earrings.

These are substantial solid-wood carvings with beautiful natural grain and warm aged finish. The female figure features an elaborate carved updo/bun and layered necklace design. The male figure has a carved wrapped headdress/head covering and dramatic elongated neck treatment.
