Romantic Belinda\'s Designs Couture Dress
This elegant dress was purchased from a small boutique that used to be in South Beach. They specialized in romantic period era garments. The dress is made of highquality materials. It is olive green but there are changes in shade when light hits the velvet or the silk.
I purchased dress in late 90s early 2000. It is a very special dress, but I thought it time to find a new home for this one.
