Up for sale is a vintage Gibson acoustic guitar, made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
This is a beautiful old Gibson with a warm natural finish, large-body acoustic design, tortoise-style pickguard, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, multi-line body binding, vintage open-gear tuning machines, and the classic Gibson script logo on the headstock.
The original-style orange Gibson interior label is clearly visible through the soundhole, including the Kalamazoo, Michigan identification. The label and construction details are shown in the Gibson acoustic guitar

The Gibson label inside the guitar is visible in the photographs and reads Gibson along with the Kalamazoo, Michigan address.
Gibson used several different identification and numbering systems on vintage acoustics, including interior labels and Factory Order Numbers, so the exact production year should be determined from the complete serial/FON information and construction details rather than guessed from appearance alone.
HARD-SHELL CASE
A vintage hard-shell case is included.
The case has substantial age and wear, including worn interior padding and exterior cosmetic wear, but it provides protection for the guitar and is included with the sale.
