Vintage Dinky Toys Superior Rescuer ambulance Dinky No. 267 on a Cadillac chassis, made in England. Very nice original example with the removable stretcher and molded patient, which is still present. Features an opening rear door, detailed ambulance interior and windows, roof emergency equipment, original wheels, and the red and white finish. The vehicle is in good vintage, played-with condition, with some light paint wear, small chips and age related marks as shown in the photos, but overall, it displays very nicely. The base is marked \"Dinky Toys–Superior Rescuer on a Cadillac Chassis, made in England.\" And that includes the ambulance and stretcher with patient accessory, shown in the photos.
