This is an exceptional vintage ChineseBakelitesnuff bottle made to look like a continuous twin carp.
The body features a deeply translucent, rich cherry-honey resin compound formulated to mimic natural Baltic amber, showcasing outstanding internal clarity and fluid color striations. The flanks display an integrated, high-relief carved skin detailing a smaller secondary fish and a traditional lotus lily pad landscape.
The bottle is crowned with a contrasting coral-red domed cap, fitted with its original, pristine hand-scraped bone spoon assembly. Length: Approx. 3 inches.
