An exceptional handcrafted artisan wall sculpture created in Chile in the 70’s. This striking mixed-metal piece is constructed from hammered copper and brass and is adorned with genuine natural gemstone cabochons, including large lapis lazuli, green stones (likely chrysocolla and malachite), white stones, and a red jasper center stone.
The dramatic mythological/Andean-inspired design showcases the skilled metalworking traditions for which Chile is renowned. Purchased directly in Valdivia and carefully preserved in a private collection for more than 35 years.
