The mesh has pull areas in the elastic trim; this is a very common flaw because all the outer seams are elastic with a thin thread over it. The elastic ages on its own and pulls through the thread. See the close-ups of what I am referring to. The elastic is aged. The mesh part of the coverup is free of holes; there are a few minor snags. The mesh is still a decent white(this often ages to a yellow), but there is a pink stain on one side. It starts at the underarm and goes down to the bottom (see image #4 and #5; it shows the best there). There is also a smaller one on the back near the buttocks. Shorts have areas of wear on the vinyl (worn-off spots); see the close-ups. Shorts have edge fraying from the fabric cut; some are small tears on the edges, see the close-ups. Elastic has some stretch from age; however, it is not completely stretched out and stays on a Barbie body. The shorts have age-related soil stains as shown in the close-ups. Minor areas of stickiness, which is a common flaw for these shorts. Photos taken in natural light so you can see the details.
