Up for sale is a vintage Abu Ambassadeur 5500C bait casting reel. Made in Sweden. The serial number on the foot is 780303. Cosmetically, the reel is in good clean condition. No dents or dings to the side plates, but there is some wear that is shown in the photos, The chrome parts are nice and clean. Mechanically, the reel is in good working order. The action is smooth and the release, anti-reverse and level wind mechanisms all work fine. Please take a look at the photos, as they accurately depict the condition of this reel.
