Vintage Smith motor wheel has
Some scratches dings dents chips etc as shown and is stuck
Some corrosion could be starting from age internally also as i have never had it apart. May be missing parts not shown and there is nothing else for it here.
Its rare and old but theres no guarantee of it running ever so it is as is since it is so old.
