Beautiful vintage Country Pacer swing coat featuring a classic mid-century A-line / car coat silhouette in heather gray.This coat has wonderful period styling with a wide rounded shawl-style collar, four-button front, roomy sculpted sleeves, angled front pockets and a gently flared swing silhouette. Fully lined in a beautiful dusty mauve satin.An original union label remains inside the garment. Country Pacer produced fashionable American outerwear during the 1960s/70s era, and the styling and construction of this piece are consistent with that period.The cut is intentionally roomy rather than fitted through the waist and hips, giving the coat its wonderful swing shape.Condition:
Exceptional vintage condition. This piece appears to have seen very little wear and presents remarkably close to new for its age. Exterior fabric is clean and crisp, buttons and pockets are excellent, and the lining is beautifully preserved.
