This vintage dress is made of a thin crisp cotton with button details, pleats and decorative tabs. It has belt carriers but no belt. It has no tags and measures closest to a size XS. It has only light wear. There is a small amount of stress at the waist seam and some scuffs and scratches on the buttons but no other flaws that I could find. The dress is styled with a crinoline underneath in the photos (the last two photos show it without the added crinoline). The crinoline is not included with the dress.
