Vintage 1988 \"Frutillitas\" doll - \"Mi Cumpleaños\" (My Birthday) - the Argentine licensed version of Strawberry Shortcake, made by J. SULC S.A. under license of Kenner Products (a division of Tonka Corporation) and Those Characters From Cleveland, Inc.This is a genuinely rare regional variant that was never sold in the US market, aimed at the South American Strawberry Shortcake collector community. The doll has voluminous curly pink hair with two shiny green bows, a sparkly green party dress with a white lace-trimmed bodice, cream shoes, and a green bangle bracelet. The box itself is a keepsake: the back panel includes a cut-out \"Certificado de Cumpleaños\" (Birthday Certificate) with a spot to paste a photo and record the child\'s birthday, meant to be cut out and saved.Condition: Used, excellent vintage condition - the doll shows no notable wear, though the outer box has been opened (no longer factory-sealed) and has some age-related wear including a small tear near one corner.
