Vintage Tokyo Marui Super Wheelie CJ-7 Golden Eagle believed to be the early 1983 black-body/red-suspension version.
This RC has been stored for many years and is being sold in its present condition. I have intentionally not attempted to charge the vintage battery, power the vehicle, repair components, repaint the body, replace decals, or otherwise restore it.
The Jeep shows age-appropriate cosmetic wear including scratches, scuffs, dust, decal wear and wear to some painted/accessory surfaces. I do not see an obvious major chassis break in my visual inspection, but I am not an RC technician and cannot guarantee mechanical or electronic operation.
Includes the Jeep, vintage Airtronics 27 MHz transmitter, battery pack and loose parts/accessories shown in the photographs. The Airtronics transmitter is included with the vehicle, but I cannot verify that it was originally supplied with this Jeep or confirm that it is currently paired to the receiver.

Vintage Tokyo Marui Super Wheelie CJ-7 Golden Eagle RC Jeep
Offering a very cool surviving example of Tokyo Marui’s vintage CJ-7 Golden Eagle Super Wheelie.
Based on the black body and red suspension/chassis components, this appears consistent with the early 1983 Super Wheelie CJ-7 configuration rather than the later white-bodied version. Collector documentation identifies the early model as a 6V chassis with black CJ-7 body and red suspension components.
The Jeep retains a substantial amount of its original scale detailing, including:

* CIBIE auxiliary light covers
* Front winch and bumper assembly
* Knobby off-road tires and wheels
* Spare tire

* Motor/drivetrain components visible underneath

The vehicle has not been tested. I have deliberately left the old battery uncharged because its age and condition are unknown.
This is not being represented as restored, mint, fully original in every component, or operational. It is being sold as a vintage survivor exactly as photographed.
Please use the photographs as an important part of the condition description. I have included close-ups of the body, underside, drivetrain area, suspension, interior, accessories, transmitter and battery so collectors can evaluate it carefully.
A great candidate for a vintage Marui collection, preservation/restoration project, display piece, or period RC enthusiast.
