This a genuine find/keeper square neck in rare black finish. It is double bound and as you look through the pictures ask questions before offerding etc, as it is very difficult to capture 100% actual depth/detail etc of the finish including beautiful grain/checking and minor play wear.

• Serial Number: 8 1175 3D (stamped cleanly on the top edge of the headstock, confirming its 1983 lineage).

• Neck Type: Traditional Squareneck profile, purpose-built for classic bluegrass and lap-style slide playing.

• Body Construction: Wood body accented with dual screened sound-holes and premium top/bottom binding.

• Finish & Patina: Rare and striking Gloss Black finish that reveals a beautiful, subtle wood grain under direct light.
