Power & General Operation: The computer powers on and runs as intended. Screen/indicator lights and mainboard power cycle normally.Floppy Drive Issue (Important):

• The floppy disk drive currently will not accept / latch a disk.
• Attempted Repair Details: One drive was opened to inspect and service the mechanism; the optical sensor was cleaned with isopropyl alcohol in an attempt to unstick the mechanism, but the disk still will not feed/lock into place.
• The unit will require service, mechanism lubrication, or drive alignment from a vintage computer technician or hobbyist familiar with Epson’s unique push-latch floppy drive assemblies.
